1 1/2 cups almond flour or oat flour
1/4 cup cocoa powder
3 tablespoons maple syrup
1/4 cup melted coconut oil
1 cup full-fat coconut cream
1 cup chopped dark chocolate (70%+)
1 tablespoon nut butter (optional)
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Pinch of sea salt
Fresh berries or ganache (optional topping)
1. Line a tart pan with parchment or lightly grease it.
2. Mix almond flour, cocoa, maple syrup, and coconut oil into a crumbly dough.
3. Press crust into pan and chill for 30 minutes.
