These peanut butter pretzel bars are the ultimate no-bake dessert bars recipe—sweet, salty, chewy, and done in minutes! The easy, healthy, and freezer-friendly treat you’ll crave.

Ingredients

Scale

1 1/2 cups rolled oats

1 cup crushed pretzels

3/4 cup creamy peanut butter

1/2 cup maple syrup or honey

1/2 cup dark chocolate chips

2 tbsp coconut oil

Pinch of sea salt (optional)

Instructions

1. Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.

2. In a large bowl, mix rolled oats and crushed pretzels.

3. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil, and chocolate chips in 20-second bursts, stirring until smooth.

4. Pour the melted mixture over oats and pretzels. Mix until fully combined.

5. Press the mixture firmly into the prepared pan. Smooth the top.

6. Refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set. Slice into bars and enjoy!

7. Store leftovers in the fridge up to 1 week, or freeze up to 3 months.

Notes

Swap maple syrup for honey if not vegan.

Add chopped nuts, seeds, or dried fruit for extra crunch and flavor.

For firmer bars, freeze before slicing.
