This quick vegan pie crust is easy, flaky, and perfect for both baked and no-bake desserts. Made with only 5 ingredients and no dairy or eggs.
1 1/2 cups almond or oat flour
1/4 cup coconut oil (melted)
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
1–2 tsp water, if needed
1. Mix flour and salt in a medium bowl.
2. Add melted coconut oil and maple syrup.
3. Stir until mixture forms a crumbly dough.
4. If too dry, add water 1 tsp at a time.
5. Press mixture into tart or pie pan evenly.
6. Chill for 20 minutes before filling.
7. For baked desserts, bake at 350°F for 10–12 minutes.
8. Let cool completely before adding filling.
Use gluten-free oats if needed.
Substitute almond flour with sunflower seed flour for nut-free version.
Chill crust well before slicing or filling.
