Ingredients

1/2 cup tahini

1/4 cup maple syrup or agave

1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

12 tbsp plant-based milk (oat, almond, or soy)

Pinch of salt

Optional: mini chocolate chips or cacao nibs for topping

Instructions

1. In a mixing bowl, combine tahini and maple syrup until smooth.

2. Add cocoa powder, vanilla, and salt. Mix until well combined.

3. Stir in plant-based milk 1 tablespoon at a time to reach desired consistency.

4. Fold in chocolate chips or toppings, if using.

5. Serve immediately or chill to thicken further.

Notes

Great with fruit, pretzels, or spread on toast.

Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 7 days.

Can be frozen for up to 1 month. Thaw and stir.
